Markéta Kinterová

She focuses on conceptual photography, which often overlaps with public space. Her artist’s book entitled What You See Is What You Think was published by the Publishing House of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (NAMU) as an artistic part of her dissertation entitled Oppositional Reading of Public Space which she defended in 2019 at the Academy of Arts, Architecture & Design in Prague. She is the editor-in-chief of Fotograf Magazine and the director of the association of the same name operating the Fotograf Gallery and Fotograf Festival. Since 2016, she has been the head of the Studio of Documentary Photography at FAMU.
