Adam and Serhij can anticipate moods in society and predict historical events. They put on a cloak of romanticism and take it off only when society reaches a sufficient level of romantic melancholy, which rarely happens. They mostly use art as a language of battle, but not in the sense of “violence” which is, as Isaac Asimov puts it, “the last refuge of the incompetent”. They set themselves a difficult goal of understanding their own imagination and, above all, in trying to express and directly shape the zeitgeist.
